Our client based in Teddington are recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their team.

This role is varied and will include:

  • Answering calls and responding to emails
  • Ordering supplies
  • Financial responsibilities
  • Updating the database
  • Postal duties
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc admin
  • To apply you will need:
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
  • A polite and clear phone manner
  • A friendly team player, who is happy to help out as and where needed
  • Good client facing, interpersonal & communications skills
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Good Organisational skills

The ability and flexibility to drop what you are doing to help with something more urgent
