Our Richmond based client is currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join their busy, fast-paced organisation.
The chosen candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be confident in dealing with clients, have a high level of visual accuracy and advanced computer skills. The client is offering a competitive salary and benefits package, central Richmond location in modern offices.
The main responsibilities of this varied role include
- Answering telephone calls from clients, customers, and the general public
- Processing Direct Debits, renewals and chasing missed payments
- Updating Database
- Producing reports
- Administrative support for various client events
- Processing orders
- Banking duties
- General office tasks, e.g. sorting post, ordering stationery, office supplies and archiving
