Job Role: Office Administrator
Salary: £10.ph temp, £22,000 perm salary
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator based in Uxbridge. This is a temporary to permanent role – Becoming permanent after 3 successful months.
The role will involve:
- Supporting three divisions with all round administration work
- Telephone interaction with internal and external clients
- Being the first line of contact with client emails and order
- Logging quotations and sending notifications out
- Sending on information received to the correct areas of the business
- Data entry
- Liaise with team regarding any admin duties
The Successful candidate will have:
- Good Customer Services skills
- Phone Communication Manner – Good English
- Good Computer Skills, Understanding Software Packages
- Good Written and Vocabulary Skills
- Ability to learn new skills quickly
- Good Organisational Skills
- Ability to work within a team
